Happy Spring! Take a moment to appreciate the beautiful Spring flowers popping up everywhere. Most of them don't last long so treasure them while you can. We love encorporating flowers on our buffets at our events. Our clients enjoyed bright yellow tulips last week. Recently, we have had a photographer come to events to give you a better idea of the decor and detail that we pride ourselves on. Take a look!

Catersource 2010 Las Vegas

We had the privilege to attend this years Catersource conference in Las Vegas with our chef last week. All of us learned so much and came home with inpiration, new techniques, and enhanced business practices to better serve our clients. We look forward to a sucessful 2010!
