On Monday night we catered at the Georgetown Ballroom in Seattle. The owner Jerry has a fantastic staff, and a very unique venue. He even brought his vintage Cadillac to the event to add to the scenery. This particular event was western themed, and as always Green Apple was willing to go the extra mile for our client by wearing western costumes while serving. We had some saloon girls, a gun slinger and a gambler working the event! The evening started with garlic prawns with lemon and rosemary and tiny twice baked potatoes with bacon and cheese. The potatoes were a huge hit with the cowboys and cowgirls attending the event! Our dinner menu included delicious flank steak, fried buttermilk chicken, cous cous salad, sweet corn, and corn bread. Guests enjoyed an open bar (lots of Patron shots & Corona with lime!), as well as gambling on the craps, poker, and black jack tables supplied by "A Casino Event of Seattle".
